For those wanting authentic Chinese cooking - this is simply _the_ place to go in Liverpool. You can opt for a cook-it-yourself option, complete with raw meat, a camping stove and a simmering pot - or you can order a set menu. I went here one evening as a couple, and we opted for one of the set menus. There was almost too much food to eat! It was all delicious, and the five courses (!) provided a wide variety of all things Chinese.

Was in Liverpool on Christmas Day and no other restaurants were open. The Si Chuan cuisine is nice just like the ones in China. Very good restaurant!!
